Dennis Comer is owner and principal research analyst for PIRAAS, LLC. Mr. Comer received a BS in Computer Science from Prairie View A&M University in 1987, an MS in Operations Research & Systems Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 1997 and an MPS in Publishing (first cohort) from the George Washington University in 2008. Recently, he received an MS in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (2021)
Mr. Comer serves as the Program Manager of the Central Area Collaborative, a community service non-profit organization centered around economic development, equity and resilience in the City of Seattle’s Central Area Neighborhoods.
